Nougex India (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds mobile apps and this website. This Privacy Policy describes our general approach to privacy. Some apps also have app-specific policies with additional detail — those are linked below and take precedence for that app where they differ.

This website
Our website is a mostly static showcase of our apps. We do not require you to create an account to browse it.
When you visit, standard web server logs may temporarily record:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages requested and approximate visit time
- Referring page (if any)
We use this information only to operate and secure the site. We do not sell website visitor data.
If you email us (for example at hello@nougex.in), we receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond and provide support.
Our mobile apps — general principles
Across Nougex apps, we aim to:
- Collect only what is needed for the app to work well
- Be transparent about permissions and analytics
- Avoid selling your personal information
- Let you delete local app data by clearing storage or uninstalling
Each app may collect different types of data depending on its features. App-specific privacy policies describe collection, storage, sharing, and your choices in detail.

Analytics and third-party services
Some Nougex apps use third-party services such as Google Firebase Analytics to understand usage and improve quality. These providers may process device and usage information under their own privacy policies. See each app’s policy for specifics.

Children’s privacy
Nougex apps are generally intended for adults (for example, parents, students, or professionals). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Apps designed for caregivers, such as NanheKadam, are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. No system is perfectly secure. Retention periods vary: website logs are kept only as long as needed for operations; app data is described in each app’s policy.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access or correct information we hold about you
- Request deletion of information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
